Undelivered Parcel:
If your parcel is marked as delivered, but you haven't received it, please contact us promptly. Please note that neither "YOLOVE" nor our courier partner are liable if your order is confirmed as delivered correctly but cannot be found, such as in cases of theft after delivery.
