Can I Exchange a Product?
Due to the nature of the products we offer, exchanges are not accepted unless you have received the wrong item in error or if the exchange is covered under the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trade Act. Please review our sizing information carefully, as we cannot exchange products based on size preferences.
What is "YOLOVE Toys" Returns Policy?
"YOLOVE Toys" accepts returns for specific circumstances covered under the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trade Act, such as manufacturing faults. Returns for change of mind are not accepted due to the nature of our products.
What Happens if I Receive a Faulty Product?
“YOLOVE Toys” takes pride in supplying a vast range of quality products, but in rare cases, faults may occur. If you believe you received a faulty product, please check batteries, remove battery tabs, and ensure correct usage as per instructions. If the fault persists, contact us within 7 days of receipt, providing order details along with mandatory photos or videos clearly showing the fault. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or, if the same item is unavailable, issue store credit equal to the product’s value.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Orders can be canceled if not dispatched. Contact us immediately with your order number. A 30% cancellation fee applies, and shipping fees are refunded if the order hasn't shipped. Orders in transit cannot be canceled. Please contact our customer service team before purchasing if you have any doubts.
Why Do You Charge A Cancellation Fee?
Cancellation incurs costs and processing time for our team. We encourage orders to be placed only when intended for purchase. Our Customer Care Team is available to answer pre-purchase queries.
What Is Your Product Warranty?
Our warranty covers products for 31 days from the purchase date, unless a manufacturer's specified warranty period takes precedence. It applies to manufacturing failures, not misuse, accidents, or wear and tear. If a product can't be repaired, we replace it with a similar model, or if not possible, provide a refund.
Please note: all refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.
