It is a legal requirement that our products are sold only to individuals aged 18 and above. Making a false declaration of age to purchase our products is against the law. By using our website and purchasing from us, you confirm that you are 18 years or older.

2. Acceptance of Terms:
By registering as a customer or using our website, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions. Your access to and use of our site are subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update or revise these Terms without notice, so please check periodically for changes. Continued use of the site after changes indicates acceptance.

3. Product Exchange:
Due to the intimate nature of our products, exchanges are only accepted if you receive the wrong item by mistake or if covered under the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trade Act. Please carefully review sizing information, as we cannot exchange products based on size preferences.

4. Returns Policy:
We accept returns for specific circumstances covered under the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trade Act, such as manufacturing faults. Returns for change of mind are not accepted due to the nature of our products. 

5. Faulty Product Resolution:
If you receive a faulty product, check batteries and usage before contacting us within 7 days. Provide order details and, if possible, photos or videos of the fault. We may send a return courier bag for analysis, and if a replacement is needed, we'll arrange it. If the same item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

6. Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled if not dispatched. Contact us immediately with your order number. A 30% cancellation fee applies, and shipping fees are refunded if the order hasn't shipped. Orders in transit cannot be canceled. Contact our customer care team before purchasing if you have any doubts.

7. Product Warranty:
Our warranty covers products for 31 days from the purchase date, unless a manufacturer's specified warranty period takes precedence. It applies to manufacturing failures, not misuse, accidents, or wear and tear. If a product can't be repaired, we replace it with a similar model, or if not possible, provide a refund.
